    I attempted to buy StreamLabs ******************* they made me put in my email which the Gmail was missing the * in Gmail so it was Gmai.com and It still took my money regardless of it not being a Existing account i attempted to contact support and they dont have any only community support and self service i put in a ticket to ask for help once again and it emails me a few minutes later saying my Case was "Auto Solved" and that i helped myself already i asked for the Subscription to be transferred to the right account or a Refund and it said i helped myself which doesnt make sense I put in more requests and every request was the same they hope people that need help will just forget about it and they can keep collecting money this is wrong and i want my money back

    I cancelled my streamlabs subscription back in, I think, October 2022. I continued to see $4.99 charges on my account, though. I was not sure why. I then learned there are different "levels" of subscriptions. I could not figure out how to cancel any further. All I could see was how to upgrade my subscription. No phone number available for assistance or anything. I ended up contacting my credit card *** and they were able to help me get an email address to contact Streamlabs. They opened a ticket and ended up refunding me $4.99 ONLY and said they "do not provide over the phone support at this time." It seems to me they purposely make it difficult for customers to cancel. It was definitely not clear to me I had to cancel different levels of subscriptions. They also told me these are only eligible for refund within seven days of purchase. So, even though it's almost impossible to figure out, I only got $4.99 back. I want all of my subscriptions since October refunded. My request number when I submitted an email to their "support email" was ******. Someone named ***** from the Streamlabs *********** replied about the $4.99.

    I am having issues with the streaming product they provide to me and many others. I use this Product to run my business. I reported having an issue over 5 months ago with this product with no help, the problems are persisting and getting worse. They say someone is going to help but nobody ever responds or contacts me to resolve said issue. I was unable to make a single pay check this month because of these issues. **** (Streamlabs ************ <******************************************> is who i was most recently talking to. He has not responded in a week.

    I purchased their Streamlabs ************** They have been double charging me for 13 months so I contacted support to try and fix this. What happened was that they decided to activate the prime on two different accounts even though I only purchased it on the one account and they refuse to refund the $247 that they overcharged me for the extra activation even though I never requested it on the second account. I have deactivated the service but they refuse to tell me whether it has been deactivated for the other account as well,
