    I have been trying to cancel this for 3 years with zero success. The customer service link is dead and my bank refuses to stop payment on this.

    This company made customers to subscribe to their Care subscription and charge **** per month, even if you don't use it or canceled by emails, which they stated that's how to unsubscribe. But they kept charging the credit card even after several attempts to cancel, by emails, texting to their Care team, unsubscribing through removing from ****** play store, nothing worked. They also removed themselves from support website on their official website.

    I have tried to cancel the subscription many times. When you to go their website, the Contact Us link is completely dead as well.********************************************* I tried to reach them at ******************************** from their ******** page but that also bounced back. ************************************************* have even tried getting into the app but my account doesnt work and the reset password doesnt either.I also included a screenshot of an email from them saying they would cancel my account in Feb of 2023. It never happened.My card is still being charged **** a month since I tried to cancel in February. This is borderline fraud to me at this point that I have absolutely no recourse to stop this recurring charge.

    Good morning . I am trying to cancel a recurring charge for my subscription. I purchased the colar in February 2021 and activated the membership on April 2021 I used for couple months and it did not fulfill my needs since I could only locate my dog not recall him. I tried to cancel my account but the app locked out and sincerely I forgot about it for while. But I have sent several emails to cancel and I only receive the automated email and no following emails with any questions or solutions. I replaced the Credit card I used with no luck. The charges for $3.99 comes every month. I am at loss and nobody can help me.

    I asked to cancel the "service" and recurring billing, got an email back saying they received the request, but they keep taking the money for the Findster account I set up I used email addres of ************************* Please finish the job of cancelling my subscription and refund money you've taken after my request to cancel

    Sent email to business asking to cancel service. Received email that it was received and they continue to bill. They have no phone number for contact. Email was sent 12-6-22.
