They scam people. They owe me a $25 doordash and $10 Amazon. They took over a month to send the first 25 one I was owed and cancelled the rest. Tried to say I violated terms but 2 weeks ago I was able to redeem 2 more gift cards no problems. They just want to find a way not to pay me and then support ignored me again after I showed my proof.

I rarely leave any bad reviews but this is so absurd! I had nearly ***** cloud points and they are claiming i lost it all because of a fraudulent activity. The people I had suggested this app to were all legit people. Mind you, THEY set up the referral program nobody else forced them to. If it was not within their budget why say they will pay people?? The sad part is the gaslighting, as if I caused the problem or the people I referred . Everybody I signed up is legit, THEY just dont want to pay out so theyre claiming there was fraudulent activities going on. They have no ethics, you should you seriously be questioning this whole company.

I had a very disappointing experience with this companys customer support. I contacted support because I didnt receive the promised cloud points after signing up with a promo code. Instead of assisting me, the representative was dismissive and condescending. Even after I clearly explained that I entered the code during sign-up, he repeatedly insisted it was my fault and made belittling comments like, theres a designated space visible on your screen, which felt like a direct insult to my intelligence. But what pushed this from frustrating to alarming was what happened just hours laterI received a ******** alert about an attempted login to my account. Ive never had this kind of security issue before, and considering that support staff has access to ALL my personal information, the timing felt far too coincidental to ignore.I am seriously questioning how my data is being handled. I would not recommend this app to anyone.

Helium Mobile: Innovation Undone by Poor Customer Care
I was drawn to Helium Mobile by its promise: affordable mobile service with crypto integration? Seemed like a great way to learn Android and save money. For a while, it worked. I paid $20/month for unlimited service and used the crypto-earning features with no major issues—until I requested a number change.
They sent a new SIM, and I verified ownership via code. But then the loop began: every time I contacted support, a new person picked up the thread—ignoring all prior context. Each one asked me to start the process over. This dragged on for nearly a month. No continuity. No resolution. Just the same circle of frustration.
I finally stopped paying for a service I wasn’t getting. After another month of silence, they canceled my account completely. No offer to make things right. No credit. No help. Even their in-app chat support was a facade—it always kicked me back to email.
Then—suspicious timing—they rolled out new plans: a limited-use “free” plan likely aimed at flip phone or elderly users, a mid-tier plan, and an unlimited plan for $30/month. That’s the same plan I had for $20, now repackaged at a higher price.
It’s hard not to feel like my account was allowed to lapse so they could resell the same offering for more. Whether intentional or just poorly timed, it doesn’t reflect well on them.
The idea behind Helium Mobile is smart. But execution matters. And the way they treat their customers when things go wrong? It’s not just bad—it’s dismissive.

Decide to port in my wifes number, after a few minutes tmobile said the port is complete, hours of wait still unable to activate helium service and the support for helium says they don't know what's happening and can't help fix the issue saying wait for the other carrier which the other carrier checked and confirmed they have finished their end, I had to pay for helium service before adding a phone number, money was processed in seconds but they have no live phone service to speak to anyone and the text chat is only certain hours per day so if you have an issue you just have to hope your issue isn't life threatening because they are not able and can not help you. Can't port back to T-Mobile because helium can't provide a port out pin, so now my wife just does not have a phone and they can't help me figure it out.
