    We discontinued tennis lessons after SFTA cancelled a week of enrolled summer camp in June 2023 (about three days) before camp started. SFTA then refused to reimburse all attendees. They stated that we could choose an alternative week (this week in July was also cancelled due to poor attendance). We went through our bank and did get our money back (our bank launched their own investigation). I took steps to cancel all monthly lessons about a month later. The director, Amy I******, responded and cancelled our son's monthly membership herself. A year later (on 7/8/23), SFTA (Amy I******) began making charges to our card. After about a week of suspicious charges, I remembered SFTA's info (contacted Amy I******) who blamed this on another employee and stated that she had our son re-enrolled (he has aged out of their program). She stated that she would stop payments and issue a refund. This never happened. Our bank issued a refund, deemed this as fraud, and recommended that we cancel the card. On 8/7/24, SFTA made another attempted to charge our credit card for $190. They are flagged by our bank and we were notified of ongoing fraud.

    I signed up for kids summer tennis camp through this business and they mis-represented the camp. They took my money and did not tell me advance where the camp was until it was too late. I showed up at the location advertised on their website and the location told us this camp never existed. Then the camp later falsely represented they told us where the camp location was when in fact they did not. I had to make urgent other camp arrangements to mitigate. This camp is a total scam. I want my money back.
