      I tried to purchase tickets for a show in February for MJ the Musical on 11/6/23 but after some time spinning the website said unable to process purchase for the tickets. So I tried again on 11/9/23 and they purchase went through. I noticed on my next months statement that there were two charges for the same show but I had only received one invoice via email. I called and talked to a customer service rep and advised her what had happened. She put me on hold for some time and came back and said her supervisor said there was nothing that could be done and that I should try to sell the other pair of tickets. I said these tickets with fees were $427.00 and I don't think I should be stuck with them especially when it was their website that was having the problems . I am writing this to the BBB to see about getting my money back .

      ******************************* purchased online 2 sets of tickets to see the same show on 2 separate days.
      The invoices are attached and have the sale date and the event date. 
      He bought the tickets in November for shows in February.
      We don't have a record that he called in, but he probably called in from a number that is not on his invoice.
      He says he called in the next month to ask about the 2 charges. The policy we would have told him is that all sales are final and so his options were to re-sell or give the tickets to someone.

      I am rejecting this response because: This is something that seems to be a scam because how can you double charge someone and not send an invoice until customer calls your business to inquire about it.  I am sure I am not the first person this has happened to.  I just want a refund for for tix I did not use especially at the cost of 427.00.

      Hello BBB,I received an advertisement on 8/5/2022 to purchase tickets for a show in San Francisco. It was for my birthday in September 2022. To my horror, this crooked organization had the dates set to 2023. I reached out to *** and she will not refund my money even after I explained that I'm relocation to family in *******. I don't know any "single" person that wants to see the show September 2023. This is a marketing :"trick" and a violation of the *** guidelines when dealing with consumers.It's only been 30 days and this MONEY HUNGRY establishment will not refund my money for one ticket!!!

      I purchased 2 tickets to see ********! In the afternoon on Saturday, the 20th of August. I had made a mistake, and in actuality, I wanted the tickets for the 27th of August (that following Saturday). After I noticed this purchase, I immediately called Broadway SF and spoke to a woman who helped me and changed my ticket to my desired night, or so I thought. The day of the show (the 27th), around 1pm I had yet to receive an email with my tickets, which the woman told us we would be getting near the show, so I made yet another call to Broadway SF. Once I got a hold of them they told me they she had booked the tickets wrong and had changed the tickets to the 7:30pm show on the 20th NOT the 27th. I asked for them to change the tickets to the correct date and they refused and told me that they had no authorization. Then I asked then for a refund since they couldnt switch out our tickets. Again they said they would not give me a refund. They could see on the system that we never used the tickets, and listened to the original recorded call, and still refused to help us. Not only did the SUPERVISOR *** (or mo?) become very disrespectful on the phone but they then couldnt offer any other ways. They simply TOOK the money. This is RIDICULOUS. WILL NEVER BE COMING BACK AGAIN. DO NOT PURCHASE. contacting my bank right now and disputing the charge. Might be considered pushing legal action.

      I have spoken to the customer and offered 2 tickets to see the show before it closes but they are not able to make any of the final performances.
