  Found a few cute outfits on the website and after selling my first few items I was able to purchase them from just my sales. I don't like the fees but they have the lowest out of some other places like Mercari or Depop. I'll probably continue using them unless they start raising their prices

  Very dishonest and SCAM! Allows sellers to list as new and when delivered it can be any condition! BUT if you disagree and try to file a return or chargeback, YOUR account is banned! I received (an overpaid) for a pair of jeans listed as new. Arrived dirty, obviously used and without tags(listed as new). Reached out to customer service and per their policy should have received a refund. Instead, they only offered 20% back. I filed with PayPal and I was banned from the site! I won my case (obviously) because pictures and screenshots never lie! Stick with reputable sites!

  Curtsy is a scam please be aware. I opened an account and posted my items I have listed on other platforms just to try it out a lady bought my bag and I was preparing for shipment. About a hr passed an I see the order is cancelled I try to go into my account and it say account suspended and to contact then so I did and a curtsy representative responded and said there is a discrepancy with the bag I posted saying I took another curtsy sellers photos and they asked me for proof I have the item in my possession I took photos of me with the bag and the receipt for proof of purchase since its a high end item. When they reached back out saying its not the same bag that I posted and indeed it is because I sent the serial number of the bag posted matches up with the pictures I sent with me holding the bag they have yet to give me my page back and took funds I had on my account ready for transfer these people are scam artist. Im out of my sellers page and out of $300 I had to transfer from a previous sale. Please just stick to **** and Poshmark Ive learned my *******

  Curtsy does not follow their policies. I received an order that was not as described and pictures did not look at ALL like how it looked on the sellers listing. The seller provided the original store photo showing the clothing item as white, but the clothing item I received was pink. . They mention in their policy that they provide returns and refunds for purchases that are inconsistent with the store listing, but after numerous attempts to talk to their customer service, they insist that Im wrong and that I received what was described. If I knew the item was this color, I wouldve just purchased it new for $30 extra and not have to deal with this hassle but now Im getting an unusable jacket (that was disgusting because the original seller left their face mask in it) Its only been 3 days since I received the item. I asked cx team for a return but they insist that all they could do it wave the shipping fee I dont get it. Im frustrated because any other store would provide an exchange to a customer if unsatisfied. Im personally a seller and have also bought items from curtsy before which Ive never had issues with. DONT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. YOU ARE BETTER OFF BUYING FROM THE ORIGINAL STORE. THEY ARE DISHONEST AND WILL NOT HELP YOU RETURN YOUR ITEM EVEN WHEN IT LOOKS NOTHING LIKE THE SELLER LISTING.
