This was a transaction to assist us in canceling two timeshares (Hilton and *********) in *********. Transaction occurred on November 7, 2020. At the time we signed the contract a payment $6,100 was paid. The contract clearly states that if a full cancellation is not made within 18 months a full 100% of the fee would be refunded. We were also informed that we shouldn't make any additional payments on the timeshare or pay the maintenance fees (I'm so glad we didn't follow that advice). We received a lot of instructions on sending out letter certified mail, which we did. Around the time of covid we started receiving emails that several employees were no longer with the company and to leave information on the customer support portal.A few months ago we received a text from SerenityOne stating they were offering Omni Ellis customers a reduced fee to take over the cases. They wanted an additional $900 to assist in getting these timeshares canceled. We have not followed up on this offer.

On 1/28/21, I paid Omni Ellis (************* on my bank statement) $4,680 to cancel my timeshare membership. In 2/21- 3/21, Omni Ellis sent me email instructions to mail notarized documents to my timeshare company in which I did. I never heard back from the company. I called and emailed numerous times to no avail as there was no response and no answer when reaching out to several listed numbers and the contact email that I had. In my email on 7/28/21 I requested a refund. At that time, a representative ******************* contacted me to tell me that I wasn't eligible for a refund as the contract states that Omni Ellis has 18 months in which to deliver their service guaranteed. It is now 10/25/22, over 18 months and nothing has been done by Omni Ellis to cancel my timeshare membership. They have not tried to resolve this matter as they fail to answer any phone number listed or respond to any email address that I have. I request my money back in the total amount of $4,680.

On 5/24/2019 my mother ***************************** paid $5274.00 to Omni Ellis in order to terminate her time share with ***********. Club based in ************, **. She was given multiple instructions, among which was for her not to pay her security deposit and only to contact **************** through certified mail. It has been over three years (almost 40 months) and her time share has not been cancelled. My mother is 78 years young and $5000 is not a small sum for a service that promised resolution in around ****************************************** almost 40 months, not to mention the fact that if Omni Ellis does not produce the promised results, my mother is also on the hook for the maintenance fees.

Omni Ellis of ****************************************************************************** was paid $7995.00 to rid me of my Wyndham timeshare contract. We first started working with Omni Ellis on this on July 25, 2020, when they met ** in ***********, ********. Our first case managers were a lady named ****** and then it was changed to someone named *********************. We were shifted between case managers often, and, eventually, they dropped all contact with us, and the case has ceased to move forward. They refuse to answer our calls whatsoever. My family and I would like Omni Ellis to finish what they started or refund our money fully. Not only are we out almost $8000, but are still bound in our timeshare, as well as what will have to be spent to get us out of this position. I have extensive records on all conversations and paperwork with Omni Ellis as evidence, if needed.

We were told that the timeshares would be taken care of between 6 months to a year, it had been 16 months and we are still receiving messages from them. Your contract stated that if we were not 100% satisfied we would receive a full refund, we are NOT 100% satisfied. Instead of refunding our money we are going to give you until the end of January. If the timeshares have not been settled by then we will expect a full refund of our money. My husband is sick and every-time he receives a call from them he is sicker for days. I have emailed your company several times, I have signed and sent your mail packages and still no answers or solution to our problem. An email back confirming you have read this message will be greatly appreciated.Thank you,*********************** ******************************* Well we received no reply to after COVID hit and they sent an email telling us they were understaffed. June of 2020 is a lot longer than the 6 months promised. Is there anyone to help us get our money back so we can hire a local lawyer. Is there a class action case against Omni Ellis and if so how can I join in. Hoping and praying to recover our money. Thank you, ***** & ************************* ************
