      Tow driver rear ended my vehicle on exit ramp. I filed claim with my insurance at time as was told it would be faster to resolve. The party at fault insurance is unable to get in touch with tow company which has names - courtesy tow, d and m towing, and alpha three. I have called and emailed the tow company many times. Asked for management to respond to claim from their insurance. No response had been made. Their insurance company North American risk says they cannot do anything with my claim because they cannot prove fault because no one from tow company is responding. I seek a rental vehicle/reimbursement assurance. The insurance says they cannot give that to me. At this point I have been out of work with a daily rate of $400.00. I am unable to bring my 5 yr old to classes. I cannot provide support as required by a parent with cancer who has chemo and multiple medical appointments. I am unable to myself and my daughter to medical appointments. It is inexcusable that both party at fault and their insurance are doing nothing regarding my claim.

      My car was towed from my residence with this 3rd party tow service and they damaged my 2018 ***** Malibu now it has scraps on dents and dings on it and the business havent called me back sense I talked to the supervisor this company is a scam also the tow guy had his under age son working with breaking the child labor laws thats probably the reason the driver Damaged my car he was moving fast just worrying about the tow and not worrying about damaging my car I looked at the reviews of this place and Im not the only person who has complaints I would like this issue resolved they charged me 545 dollars for a couple of hours of having my car I would like my car fixed and a refund because this company is run by scam artist.

      This Vehicle was towed for illegal parking on Private Property. We have no messages of a damage complaint regarding this vehicle. When someone has a damage complaint we supply them with the attached form to fully investigate their claim. As to child labor laws, we have no employee under the age of 21 working at our company and are in full compliance with the ********** Labor Laws. I find that a lot of times customers are upset when their vehicle is towed because from their prospective they did not ask anyone to tow their vehicle and now they are required to pay. If you would like to fill out a damage complaint, we will be happy to investigate your claim.

      Attached is the complaint. My car is still at Courtesy Towing and they are charging daily.

       

      I could have paid on the release date. Courtesy Towing are so hard to reach and not willing to help to get the correct information on the location of my car. The police can verify that they gave me the wrong address many times by phone and in writing. I cannot afford more charges.

       

      I ask for the following:

      • Fees to be reduced to the date of the release from sheriff 12/2/2022
      • Pay for my transportation charges amount $128.08
      • 2 days of work I lost that amounts $400.00
      o. they do not answer And they will put a lien. It took me many years to fix my credit I cannot have lien. Please help. ********************************************* *********** *************

      This Vehicle was towed at the request of the San *********************** The first time we heard from this customer was December 6th. The customer called at ******* in the morning and then called back at 10:40am where we called her back and gave her the information of where the vehicle was and the information to obtain a release from the police department as well as the charges to date to pick up the vehicle.

      When the police department tows a vehicle they create what is called a ****. The police department then mails the information to the registered owner to notify them that their vehicle was towed and where the vehicle is located. We have verified that the information was correct on the **** regarding the location of the vehicle storage.

      According to our tow service agreements we are required to be open Monday- Friday 8am-5pm excluding holidays. At no time did the police department call us regarding this vehicle. If the police department had not been able to get a hold of us, we would be in violation of our tow service agreement and would have received a letter stating our violation. This has not happened.

      We have heard from the customer on 12/07 asking to remove her belongings from the vehicle as well as her license plate. We explained on that day that she can remove her stuff but cannot remove her license plate. The customer then called again on 12/26/2022 asking once again to remove her stuff from the vehicle.

      This tow has been conducted in full compliance with our tow service agreement as well as the ********** Vehicle Code. We have not violated any laws and feel there is no grounds to refund or discount this matter in any way.
