    I hired ************ Designs to re-create our fishing team logo for ** in multiple formats so we could use it for printing, websites and clothing. After many issues they finally produced the logos in the formats we were promised. After that ************ Designs informed me that I was required to copyright my logo or I would lose use of it. I paid them an initial fee of $263.35. After close to one year I was contacted by ************ Designs again, told my initial application was approved and final payment of $565.00 was required. They indicated that I would receive approval by August 2023. ************ Designs then said The Designs Central would be handling the rest of the approval process. Since then, The Designs Central has continually harassed me for more money to continue the copyright approval. The fees change every time they contact me, sometimes it is $350, sometimes $230, and sometimes they tell me they can do it for $130. They have sent me what I believe are fake invoices from the copyright office, which I have attached. I have repeatedly told them I will not pay another ***** unless they can produce the submission to the US ***************** the approval letter from the US ***************** and other information I requested. So far they have refused to provide me any of the information I have requested. They continue to send emails indicating that another company has filed for the copyright of our logo and if I don't do something soon we will lose use of it. I did contact the US **************** using the serial number given to me by ************ **********************. The US **************** responded that they have no record of that being submitted. I would like a full refund of the amount I have paid them. In addition, I would like a Intellectual Property Release from ************ design and The Designs Central indicating they will no longer have any ownership or rights to our logo.

    December 16, 2022 I purchased a $25 design logo package from the Designs Central ******** advertisement via a link in messenger, I have enclosed a copy of that ****** stays 100% ownership of the design will be given to the customer. I was told there will be an additional cost of $320 in order to have the design sent somewhere else and which was not noted and none of the agreement or contract. I only want the design for the logo in the ownership rights as stated in the ad and as the agreement.
