    At approximately 9:30 AM this morning, a ***** transportation van, with a card in the front saying commuter and a number on the dashboard of ***** was traveling down Parnassus Av in ************* , traveling towards downtown *************. The driver, an African-American man wearing sunglasses, tried to run the red light and almost hit me in the crosswalk. am recovering from eye surgery and wearing dark glasses, which should make it obvious that I am moving more slowly than other commuters walking across thestreet. He opened his window to yell at me. as I did not have my phone I could not take a picture of the license number.

    Dear MS. ******************** on behalf of our company let me first apologize to you for this unfortunate incident; the driver's behavior is unacceptable and not how we train drivers to behave. Not only was it dangerous he was incredibly rude. Thanks to you identifying the time and location our GPS has told us who the driver was, and we have asked him to come in for a disciplinary hearing with our Director of Operations and Safety and Training Manager. After that meeting I will let you know the outcome. 

    In the meantime, please tell me what we can do for you to make it right. I can offer one free transportation for you in one of our premium-chauffeured SUVs to a doctor's appointment if you wish. Again, I am sorry for this incident.

    I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me. As I do have several doctors appointments coming up in the next month, I would love to have one of them in a premium vehicle. Let me know how I can arrange that and I thank you so much for the quick response.

    You close the complaint without a response from the company. They said they would offer me a ride to a doctors appointment but Ive not heard back from them. What am I supposed to do? Why would you close this complaint without me hearing directly from the Business?

    I have called the business several times with no response. I have tried to leave messages for the *** at his number and they do not take messages. Please reopen this complaint as I am not satisfied.

    Well, the company offered a ride to me to a medical appointment and I tried to book it with ****. He asked me to send him an email which I did last week. I have heard nothing in his phone doesnt take messages. I would like to reopen the complaint to see if I can prompt him to respond.

    The complaint was reopened, the business reached out to make a different settlement, which I agreed to. I went to accept it on the file, but it says its already been closed. So whatever is going on Im satisfied in the business has responded appropriately. Thank you so much.

    We originally contracted and paid $1196.25 for a 31 passenger coach bus for our transport to ************* from the **************** on June 11, 2024. However, the driver arrived with a 25 passenger shuttle bus (the number of seats was also confirmed by the driver) to transport our musicians and chaperones with instruments. This vehicle was too small, and in return 3 of our chaperones and the CEO could not attend the trip with the musicians due to a space issue. Not to mention, the bus A/C was not working, making it even mor uncomfortable for the passengers. We still have not heard from anyone concerning this breach of contract. This is unacceptable and needs to be rectified.

    I needed to gather the information from both the salesperson as well as our dispatch department. Apparently, it is correct that a 28 passenger shuttle bus was sent in error and by the time the driver got to the location of the pickup it was too late to send another vehicle and make the pickup on time. Therefore, we are offering to return 25% of the customers payment. As indicated all passenger except 3 were transported as requested.

    Hello - We booked two large shuttles through ***** Transportation for our Wedding on July 16th, 2022 in *********, **. On the day of the wedding, one of the two shuttles did not arrive at the pickup location on time to be able to shuttle guests from downtown ********* to the wedding venue about 20 minutes away. The one shuttle that did show up had to double back to pick up the remaining passengers, resulting in a 45 minute delay in our wedding ceremony. The bus that was late was available to drive passengers home that night after the wedding events were complete. For weeks I have been trying to get a resolution with *****. It is my understanding that due to employee turnover and other employee personal issues, the matter has been lost in the shuffle. Last week I spoke to the 3rd different person at the company, ***************************, who assured me he would work on this claim but as of today there is no update and no details as to when an update will be provided. The prior two employees I spoke with directly on this matter were ******************************* and ***********************. The first email I sent ***** trying to resolve this matter was on July 22nd. I have sent almost a dozen emails since then and have called in to their customer service at least 5-6 other times. The company is not cooperating in resolving this matter. I believe fair compensation would be one quarter of the total amount we paid, given that one of the two shuttles was not available for half of its responsibility (getting guests to the wedding). The total cost for the two shuttles was $3,271.52 so I would like to be refunded $817.88 to put this matter behind us.
