    my experience with Cantaloupe has been one of the worst experiences in the vending industry. It goes without saying that you should always read everything you sign, but because of a very persuasive, silver tongue salesman, I was misled into signing a contract. I am locked into for six years. Their software only works every other day and when it does work it functions very poorly. When their hardware continues to break, and I threaten to *** for a reasons of services rendered on account of me, paying a service fee and a rental fee for the hardware and software every month and not receiving the services promise. I was met with an escalation officer telling me that I need to purchase all of the faulty hardware in order to be let out of my contract. In the contract in very fine print, it says there's no way out unless I buy the broken hardware. In what world is this good business for a company that had gross sales of $56 million in 2021 you would think that they would not be counting pennies s******* their customers. not recommend Cantaloupe to anyone. Whatever they fix though will break within 24 hours and stop functioning properly again. there are too many is***s to list, but here is another one I find absurd. The card readers are receiving cellular service and taking payments from my customers. The same card readers are not communicating with the software they promised to be able to keep track of inventory and sales. in fine print they separate the card readers functioning well and the management software one isn't working it basically states too bad so sad. But the really messed up thing is I am paying for the software to keep track of inventory and management! They're only retort was that they can cancel my subscription for that service basically meaning that they can't fix the is***. I'm just stuck with card readers that are working but an inability to keep track of my income and expenses as well as product and management.

    their "customer service" is the ABSOLUTE WORST!! i have been trying to cancel my account for months. I sold my business and do not have the card reader i am being charged for. Every month i get a bill for a service fee for a Eport device i no longer have for a business i no longer own. The person who i was communicating with blocked my emails and i cannot get anyone on the phone or to return an email. I've emailed customerservice and deactivations ... no response. I'm in the process of looking for a lawyer in hopes of getting this resolved. I am not a litigious person, but I want these service fees to stop. It should not be this hard to cancel an account you no longer use.

    0/10! The customer service is horrible! We purchased a card reader, the first two months didnt work. Then we are now trying to transfer and NO ONE knows anything. Everyone is bouncing me around, customer reps are hanging up. It seems like no one knows how to do their job. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND ANYONE TO PURCHASE A CARD READER FROM THEM UNLESS YOU WANT A HEADACHE.

    Cantaloupe is a RIPoff!! Their salesman ************************* stalked me for two months (December 2021 and January 2022) telling me that I had to purchase new card readers because they were switching to the 4G network. I asked him plainly, "will new card readers become available since you're switching networks?" He said, "No." A few months later a new salesperson was trying to sell me brand new machines! I never even opened the box with the ones I was harassed into buying. When I tried to return the machines and purchase the new ones, Cantaloupe's LOUSY, ridiculous customer service agents refused (took them over 1 month to even respond with a "final" answer). They want me to pay a 20% restocking fee and to pay to have them shipped back. Here was the scam: Cantaloupe purchased USA Technologies and they were getting rid of all the old "USA Technologies" branded machines at the end of the year. The salesman stalked me via phone, voice mail and email to tell me I had to buy the machines or the system wouldn't work.
