    This company is the web designing company promised us and collected money from us over $950 and even after more than 19 months they never delivered any products . the employees are keep on changing and no employee knows about the our designing project and when we call them they never pick up the phone and emails were answered once in a while and they never want to refund the money or they don't want to deliver our service and keep on asking us more and more money to deliver a service

    Valleyweddingchapel Vs.American web nerds In July 2023, I verbally talked to this co. On thoughts of my web design. They sent various photos of suggestion, in which none of these designs worked in my profession.Nothing was ever verbally or signed as a contract..but they required full payment of $715.00 before the startup.I also paid $200.00 for a web address I would like to reinterate..I DID NOT EVER GET A FINISHED PRODUCT FOR A ***SITE, NOR DID I USE THE *** ADDRESS THEY CHARGED FOR. I ended up designing my own website with go-daddy, about $300.00 for total rights to my site and a new domain name. I never used any of their products, images or likeness to their design.I tried many times to verbally cancel but was given the runaround..as time ticked on for cancellation. I went to the bank, and started a charge-back, due to their refusal.Oct. 2023, my bank has informed me that they have debited this amount, and refused the chargeback..Again-- of $715.00. It has bounced my account, and has made my account unusable..I have 90 days to pay this back. I thought the purpose of refusal through a charge back was guaranteed..obviously not.I would appreciate to straighten this out..if not through BBB, then legally.Thx *******************************
