DO NOT EVER BUY A DOMAIN FROM THESE GUYS. They have cost me already over $10k in lost revenue. I bought my domain, when I was trying to put it on my business, all of a sudden I couldn’t log in anymore. No notice from them or anything as to why, I just thought I had forgotten my password, so I tried to change my password, to no avail, I finally reach someone to talk to and they tell me my account has been marked for fraud and everything has been locked. This was almost 2 weeks ago now and it has been impossible to try and resolve this, I have reached out by chat and email multiple times, no responses. I absolutely need this done by tomorrow or will lose thousands more and revenue and these guys have a public domain locked up and refused to make it available for purchase again.

In April or before I contacted Domain.com for my website. They had a *************************** contact me for over $2,000 which i paid 04/11/2024 or around there and their sister company Blue Host would design my site. I have been in constast contact and I have no site. They showed it to me I asked them to tweek it but they said I had so many days to acknowlege changes. All the sudden when I need changes which were emails and chatted through, I hve no access and wil not respond. I need my money back. Domain says contact Blue Host and Blue HOst says contact Domain. Blue Host should have finished the desing so I could approve. Now they took my money and my website is not where to be found trafficmgmt.net

I received an email on 3/13/24 from domain.com that says "Your domain will expire in **************************************************** website services and losing your chosen name." Since I wanted my domain to expire, I did nothing, as per the email. Today, 3/28/24, they auto renewed using my card of file for $26.99. So I logged into my account on their site and saw where they have multiple areas on the website where you have to manually set it to NOT renew. So while I had selected the domain not to renew, there was another setting under "renewal center" that had auto renew enabled. Either way, the email they sent said if I don't act then my domain won't be renewed. I did not act. They auto renewed my domain. They refuse to refund. This is fraudulent and misleading.

I am writing to file a complaint against Domain.com regarding their failure to deliver purchased domain names. This issue originates from a transaction dated 12/16/23, where I completed the purchase of specific domain names. Despite receiving confirmation of this transaction, Domain.com has not delivered these domains, citing a "technical glitch."This situation is unacceptable, as I expected to receive the domains I paid for. Instead, Domain.com has proposed a refund, which is not a satisfactory resolution. I entered this transaction to acquire specific domains, and a refund does not fulfill the terms of our agreement. The lack of transparency and failure to resolve this technical issue is alarming, especially when other domain services like GoDaddy and Namecheap operate with more clarity and customer focus. This issue is not just a mere inconvenience; it represents a significant breach of trust and business ethics.I am not seeking a refund but the fulfillment of the original service agreement. I have taken steps to escalate this matter, including filing complaints with the ************************* the ************************* and contacting the ******************** for Assigned Names and Numbers (ICANN). I am also considering initiating a class action lawsuit for similarly affected parties. This letter serves as formal notice of my dissatisfaction and intent to pursue all necessary legal channels to resolve this matter. I expect Domain.com to address this issue promptly and uphold fair and transparent business practices.

I cancelled a website hosted on Domain.com on July 10, 2023.Domain.com continued to bill me for their website builder service for the website for the months of August, September and October. They did refund me for November after a 30 minute text chat exchange that took about 27 minutes longer than it needed to.I don't understand how I could be billed for a website builder for a website that is no longer operational. I was told that:"Business said I am extremely sorry, I understand that site is not active. As it was inactive , there was no any contact to cancel add on product. We had sent the renewal invoice and receipts"this doesn't make any sense.

I purchased a domain and web building services at Domain.com. Its been over 30 days and I have not been able to do anything. They are unable to keep my account linked with ****** so I am unable to do build a website. I kept trying to cancel but they kept telling me they would fix the problems. They did fix it for 1 day before the accounts were disconnected again. They held out and then told me I could not cancel because 30 days is up. Then they keep telling me I am crazy and everything is working yet I can not log in. I want a full refund but they will only give me a credit. I bought a domain before and these problems were never an issue... let alone an issue they couldn't fix while telling me everything is fine and its all my fault somehow.
