    Greetings BBB,Vivino Plus is a monthly subscription where you receive free shipping.I have an account with *************************** I went to place an order, I was going to be charged for shipping, so I did not place the order.I looked at my Discover CC statement and Vivino has been charging my account since 5/8/2023 for $4.99.I inquired via email as to why I was going to be charged for shipping when I was paying the $4.99/month for free shipping.I was told that I placed an order under a "guest" account and that I "subscribed" to this service at this time. I was also informed that this "guest" account has since been deleted.I asked for the following information:- Was there any purchases under this account - What is the login information for this account (username or email address associated with the "guest" account)- Who requested that this "guest" account be deleted.They were unable provide me with any answers to those questions.I then asked:- why would I use a guest account if I have had an established account for a few years - why, with a guest account, would you be able to subscribe to Vivino Plus as Vivino account login information is based off your email address I received no answers.I reached out to Vivino multiple times and communicated with Aphreimo and ******** via phone and email, and either could assist me to my satisfaction as they could not answer the questions that I shared above.I was told that my 2 "accounts" were merged, however the could not share any details of the "guest" account that we merged with the account that I setup.Thanks in advance for your assistance.Kindest regards,*******

    Per a mishandled shipping Vivino approved me to return 6 bottles of wine and cancel 6 bottles that did not arrive and they could not contact the merchant. They supplied return label - I sent copy of return receipt. They still have not issued credit after 3 weeks

    I placed an order with Vivino on April 28, 2023. Order number: X7942HU. The order was shipped on 05/01/2023 under two different tracking numbers: 1Z7W199RA811606891 and 1Z7W199RA855772558. Both marked by *** as damaged. Although I received a few email notifications saying my order was going to be delivered on 5/5/2023, then again on 05/06/2023, then again on 05/08/2023 I have never received my order, or any part of it. I have contacted Vivino via email and by starting a support request on their app asking for a full refund. My Total paid for the order is $287.86.I have not heard from Vivino, nor have I received a refund for my order.

    I ordered six bottles of a very specific wine that I was buying for sentimental purposes. I paid $794.06 for these specific six bottles. The case came, and it was a different wine. I called them, sent photos of the wine they sent and waited for a response/refund. They said they were out of the one I ordered so sent those????? These bottles cost less than the ones I ordered, and now after seeing other peoples reviews I realize I am part of the same bait and switch that other people have left reviews for on the BBB sharing the same story. They basically said if I didn't want it I needed to pack it all up and ship it back to them. This is wild considering they on purpose sent me the wrong item for me to have to do work and spend my ************ to send it back. I'm very concerned about this business practice of saying you are selling/buying one product and them knowingly shipping something different and thinking that it's just okay. Could you imagine buying a size x-large designer shirt and the company mailing you a size x- small cheap shirt and then saying here you go they are the same color.... I don't think this would be okay in any other industry ever.

    Dec 4th 2022 I ordered 2 bottles of wine to be delivered to *******. Order #X2AQ3027 tracking # ************ I paid ***** $ FROM Vinino phone # *************. It has not been delivered and I have not been reimbursed. I cannot get any help from Fed Ex, Vivino, or ***************** whose # is ************. Please help they're lying to me and running me in circles.??
