    On December 2021 I was referred to Keep Truckin which is Motiv now for an ELD device( electronic log book) for my truck and t talked to the representative we agreed to get the log book and dash cam and he called me on a recorded line and also FaceTime me in a recorded line and we agreed on optional cancellation that if I dont need it or dont want it I can cancell at any time. But when they send me the contract they send me that for 3 years and since we talked about everything I didnt read it and signed it. I didnt know Im dealing with lawful thieves. When I called the after somtimes to cancel the subscription they asked me to pay the full amount of $18## or pay $165 every 3 months for 3 years. I called them many times and request to review the conversation we had but I got the same answer to pay the total amount for the service I have never used. Still I have everything in the box and never opened it and paying for nothing. Its not about this specific address because I received a call from Motive and I dont know where they are located

    The "Smart ********* is offered by MOTIVE for a monthly service fee of $35, or a standard annual fee of $420. In September, I got a call from a salesperson promising an annual fee of $180 for the "smart dash cam", with the insurance company covering the rest. I repeatedly confirmed with the salesperson that the annual fee is $180. However, the bill I received on October 14th showed an annual fee of $420 ($35/month). I didn't get the quote you promised, I contacted live customer service on 10/14, 10/15, 10/20 and they told me someone would call me. However, no one has contacted **** emailed *************************** (Account Executive) and ***************************** (Account Executive) on October 24 and also received a response from ***** "I have opened a case and the department will fix this. This is case number ******** for you There is no direct email to the department where the "reference" case goes. However, you can always call the support department and talk to them referring to the case number I gave you. If you don't get a discount, they will definitely give you the money back. "I called according to the method I heard, and the customer service told me to contact the sales manager to talk to me. I didn't get any calls from them. I called the refund department and they sent a refund agreement and also cancelled my dash cam service today. But no refund was given to me.Now, I apply again to unsubscribe from the "Smart ********* ******** Please refund the $420 annual fee collected plus a total of $447.72 in taxes.thank you!
