    Hello ****, as you are aware, we were not able to access your installation site due to the terrain. This is a very important, if we are not able to access the site, we cannot deliver your unit. This is indicated in multiple areas of our contract, please refer to page 9 of the contract, signed on 5-23-24. We are currently working with you to provide you with a drop off kit, so you are able to transport and install the unit in your desired location. As a company, we do strive in providing as much information as possible to help eliminate any issues that *** occur on site. Please reach out to us directly if you are needing any further assistance.

    BEWARE!! This company is doing illegal and unethical things and deserves 0 stars and to be boarded up by the county (Riverside, CA)! They do not pull permits, then they do not respond when you run into problems and need help getting something they did illegally for a former owner, or for yourself, I guess, permitted. Be vigilant and informed. Look at their license on CA Contractors website...so many violations and they ALL make sense! BEWARE of this company!! They have another lawsuit and more complaints coming (from us), that is a fact. They built a large shop building for a prior owner on our property, and now they refuse to assist us in straightening out the issues from that un-permitted and unlicensed work they did. It is a mess! They absolutely will not help you when you are in trouble because of their illegal, unprofessional, and unethical practices.

    You have been contacted by us MANY times over several months, and have done less than nothing to be of assistance. I have already contacted the state contractor's board about you, started a new permit complaint with them and Riverside County, and seen the more than 20 violations you have already on file for these SAME issues and more! You built a 30x40 metal shop on our property for a prior owner in 2018, but did NOT get or verify permits, nor did you verify or require proper footings for the structure before you sent your crew here to build. Now, we have an issue with the county of Riverside to have this horrible mess back-permitted because of these unethical and illegal things done here by your company, and you cannot be bothered to be accountable or to give us the stamped building plans so we can submit those to just start the process with the county before the deadline expires on us! No reputable and licensed engineer will draw up plans because you built it incorrectly. There are NO footings in place, nothing. A woman there has spoken to us, made certain comments and agreements, then essentially vanished and won't respond, and you have been emailed many times in the past 6 months, still, there is NO movement by your company to rectify this with us! You have not provided us with any solutions and neither have you allowed us to have, or even purchase, the engineering plans for this building that YOU built. The prior owner, who purchased the kit and paid you to come here and build it for him has also reached out to you, but you were more concerned about being sued than making this right. So, that's where we are at.
