In pesticides and cant control the incomming roaches, ive observed them comming through open windows at night, my complaint is i informed the managers here at the park about the roach problem who told me they dont have roaches here,.and did nothing to satisfy my complaint, we are in the process of moving as soon as we can, im asking the managers here to reimburse me for the pesticides i paid for to try and stop the infestation. . had i of known there was a cochroach problem in this rv park i would have never rented a space here.. The roaches are so bad here as i slept i was awakend with a full grown roach that had went in my ear and took ten minutes to remove, it was horrifying..

    Hi *******,

In respond to the notice which I received from you, when we accept any new tenants' applications, we asked them if they have any pets and what kind, we make sure they meet our park pet rules before we offer them a space. at our park we do not accept cats. ******* **** on space #53 advised us he doesn't have any pets, and he lied on his application. and wrote NO pets on his application and we believed him, and we offered the space, a week later we saw they set up a big cage on their patio for their pets, then we found out they have 2cats which was not disclosed with their app. I called him he said they have two indoor cats, we told them not acceptable, since we don't accept cats, in our park, they need to move out, he said wife was ill, and cats are indoor and will not leave their premises, we said ok , need to say he never brought the pets vaccination records.  Then they started leaving food outside their home and feeding stray cats at the park, cats not only they are not indoor, but they also go everywhere, and Mr. **** does not pick up after their cats and causes flies and odor and roaches and ants from the food and their pets feces.

Mr. **** was late on his September rent; he used cockroaches as an excuse not to pay his rent. I explained he needs to keep his area clean to prevent bugs and roaches, that is against park rules as well, everyone needs to pay their rent and that is not a reason not to pay the rent. otherwise, he can move out, and roaches are due to not keeping his area clean.

At our park, we really enforce cleanliness, and we constantly spray the common areas for bugs and weeds, however people are responsible to keep and maintain their home area clean. His neighbor stop by the office and complained that never had any roaches in their home till Mr. **** moved next to them. She has lived here for more than 2 years and never had any roach and flies' problems. she also has nice garden area and upset with all cats' feces and pees all over her vegetables.

I need to say no one else in our park has roaches in their area. and they follow park rules.

I gave Mr. **** eviction notice on 09/23/22 due to not following parks rules and regulations, and he has decided to complain to BBB in retaliation with his eviction notice. and blaming park that has cockroaches, why doesn't he move out, he doesn't want to pay and wants to stay here free and buying times meanwhile, for his wrongdoings, at the same time causing more issues and problems for my other tenants as well.
    However, the eviction stands regardless.

    Sincerely,

    ****** *****

    Dear *******,

Clearly Mr. **** is lying again, attached please see his signed application that he marked NO on the pet section question, when we found out about their pets, of course we would have charge them the $10 x 2 pet fees which will be on the monthly statement. We discussed the issue with him, he mentioned his wife was sick, however we didn't plan to renew his lease after it expired, Mr. **** is very well aware of that, since maximum stay at our park is 7months. If he was able to lie on the signed application, he can easily lie verbally.
I am so glad to hear he had already planned to move out.

Furthermore, if we are that bad and they have read the reviews, why did he choose our park. after all this a outdoor living style, people expected to spray around their home area on a regular basis for any bugs, ants and etc....also they need to maintain and keep everything clean around their living space. this is clearly on the reviews that our park is very clean, because we do enforce that.

We have three pages of waiting list from the people that want to move to our park, if anyone is not happy here, we really don't want them to stay here.
We are very proud of our park and what we have accomplished, and people from all ages love to live here.

    Sincerely,
    ******

I am rejecting this response because:  Hello Mrs. ** ** *****,
You can clearly see how the managers here ****** take control of the conversation  they talk and dont listen to tenants, i never had a problem paying rent, i never had a problem letting them know we are leaving, i dont have a problem with anything except the roach issue at this rv park, why these ladies keep  mentioning the kittens and everything else, and trying to manipulate the....
I conversation,  the issue here is number one i should be reimbursed for the money i spent out of pocket for all the pesticides i purchased trying to stop the roach infestation in this rv park, they need to stop playing games and do whats right, i asked for there help to control there roach problem here and they were so rude telling me dirty people create roaches and did nothing to help the situation, this is our home and by moving here has taken our comfort zone away, we are horrified, we have to sleep with cotton in our ears petrified of what happened to me with a roach intering my ear as i slept, it sounds funny now , but it sure wasnt funny when it happened.. Not to mention the safety issue it presents here and what we have to deal with roaches everywere,  the poor elderly people here are dealing with roaches and cant do anything about it being scared of getting evicted if they ask for help.i dont want to have any problems with anyone nor do i want to waste your time dealing with this issue, i apologize to you for all the inconvenience i have caused you.. I try to make our little home safe and comfortable for my family specialy for my. Wife whos been through so nuch, she deserves to not worry about roaches , im not only filing a compliant for us its for every tenant that is suffering with roach problems, my next step is to inform my lawyer, they need to accept there responsability and take care my expense for pesticides.. Thank you sincerly ******* ****
