    I typically check with BBB before any service is performed. I recently needed home central Air Conditioning work during a weekend and during the extremely hot July 2023 as bad luck would have it. I researched HVAC companies that were rated through BBB and called and left a few messages since it was the weekend. Elmore HVAC called me back and scheduled service for my 20+ year old system. I had a leak through my ceiling from the attic unit. Bryce came out as promised and gave me an honest estimate - I would need to replace my AC coils in the attic; however preliminarily he cleared the leak first to see if my old system would last just a little longer. Although the clearing of the condensation line worked, I opted to ultimately get the 20+ year old system replaced by Elmore HVAC because they appeared honest.
    The replacement system was installed subsequently as promised during a day that was 107 degrees outside and I can only imagine how hot it was in the attic! The job took longer than expected, but was done professionally. Bryce even came back the next day to check for leaks since one was detected in the outside AC unit. It's hard to know who to trust when needing service, but I would recommend Elmore HVAC highly to anyone in need.
