      This company was hired by my sons baseball league to take photos. I paid ahead of time for a large package. It has now been a month and the only thing I have received from this company is an email with a proof photo asking me to purchase more photos. *** sent several emails and calls asking where my pictures are and for my digital download picture that I had purchased with no response. I called today and a very rude lady answered saying didnt you already email and I said yes and its not resolved. She didnt take any of my information and told me to wait 6 weeks for an email with my digital download? I asked her why when clearly the picture is ready since they sent me a proof and asked for more money and she said she would tell her manager I didnt receive it and hung up on me. Still no word on when this company will be able to send an email, or when I will receive my order in the mail. Absolutely terrible customer service. Order #********

      This customer reached out to us via ******** on April 5th.  We have record of two emails from her on this same day and our customer service was very clear about when the digital image was originally sent and when it was then re-sent.  She received a response within an hour of her emails being received.

      Management then proceeded to send her a message via ******** explaining our process in detail and apologizing for the confusion.  The receipt clearly states that all orders will be received within 4-6 weeks.  And we were well within this timeframe.

      We simply sent out a proof of the photo that is an automatic feature of our online ordering process.  We were not asking for her to spend any more money, as she had already completed a pre-order.

      Customer states that she received all photos that were ordered (prints and digital copy) and as of today has not responded to the ******** message that was sent to her directly by me, the owner.
