    I always take my pet for grooming and other visits to this hospital, and at the beginning of December 2024, I asked for the price of boarding my dog to go on vacation, I explained the amount of days I was going to be out, the front desk lady told me the price was $35.00 per day, which was going to be $350.00, and today, according to the scheduled appointment to leave my pet for boarding, as I am flying today, the front desk guy charged me $590, arguing that the price was CHANGED to $55.00, but I explained them that was not the amount we agreed, he said that prices changed since Dec. 1st, which is in not true, as since I called in December the price was $35.00, they ripped me off $240.00, that is a lot amount I didn;t count with, and in the receipt they didn;t specify what this amount is for. They can not cheat people like this, they can;t steal money as they did.
