    I've been overseeing marine aquariums for 15 years, so I'm very selective. I decided to give Violet Aquarium a try as I was seeking a Purple Tilefish. This is a fish that often arrives DOA depending on how professional an aquarium store is. I received the most vivacious beautiful specimen and my order to delivery was fast! Their communication, packaging, and delivery was outstanding! My fish is thriving and gorgeous! I recommend them and already placed my next order. Thanks Violet Aquarium!

    I paid for items and they cancelled order and refused to send my item and raised the price from $99 to $299

    I was about to purchase a ***** **** from the store. I have a bad an experience from the store that didn't mention a mother colony ***** came from ***** instead of from Indo. A Neptune worker had told me that, that company ( Violet Aquariums ) sales only from *****. I told the seller I don't know his name but he looks like a Samoan big guy. He has told me all his *****s from ***** and he took a bag away and not selling a ***** **** to me and told me go buy from Neptune. He got mad and he ignored me. He suppose to educate me as a customer instead of got mad and not selling me a ***** ****. Who's knows ***** frags can be survive in my tank but not mother colony ( usually mother colony *****s from ***** doesn't survive in their reef tank even a very professional ****% had died ). At least he should an explanation what I've missing in my reef tank. Bad customer service. Opening a store as *********************** and not selling to me then what's the point of selling *****s. Why don't you just shut the store. He makes me not ever never come back again and I will spread words how bad customer service and selling ***** *****s and claims as *****s comes from indo.
