This is our family's gift to both of them.Tradewinds Aviation refused to issue a partial refund after they initially stated that they will issue a ********* Initial conversation with Tradewinds Aviation representative (female) was good, which she stated that somebody will call me to let me know that amount that I will be refunded. After waiting for many days, I did not receive a phone call.On August 19, 2024, I emailed ***** ***** to try to resolve the issue to no avail. (see attached email chain).I also attached copy of the two (2) vouchers. These vouchers expire 07-04-25 Thank you so much,**** *******
