    I hired "K&N Chimney Sweep" on 04/11/2024 and expected inspection of my chimney from interior and exterior. Work was done from inside house only. There was no inspection from roof, check for leakage, cup placement and fully ignoring per my request and complains.They used 1.5 rate for service charge, but I have typical one story house.They gave me receipt with different company name: "A-Z Chimney sweep".My credit card statement shows another name and address not identical with first two: "SP CHIMNEY SERVICES"They refused payment by check . I used my credit card and placed payment for $****** They asked me to pay tip and I did refuse. My approval was for $ ******. Later on I found charges for $540.80 I disagree with 1.5 rate of charge for my hose. I estimate 40% of work completion. $ ***** was non legally charged.I am concerned with three different company names. They did not present business license number per my request and I am not sure if they can operate legally.Please, see attached my credit card statement with charges, receipt from worker and company advertisement on *******
