    We hired this company to clean our carpets. First of all, they had a special supposedly that they would do 2 rooms for $59 but that was a ruse just to get them here. They charged us $109 to clean a mattress which is too much, but whatever - we were willing to let that go. but then they came down to our ADU which has a very expensive berber wool carpet which they said would not be endangered by their equipment or cleaning fluids. It had some previous stains which I was hoping would come out but after they left, the stains were MUCH worse and the worst part was there was a novel stain that had NOT been there previously; a very dark green stain by my desk. and there was another streaky ***** stain that had not been there previously. I called horrified by their work and they said 'oh just wait til it dries, it will look much better' but in the morning it was worse. They came back again a few days later and gave another treatment but again, it was worse afterwards. They came back again. and again. After the 4th time and it wasn't any better. I called them and said 'what now? how are you going to make this right?' Truth is we really should either get a new carpet or get it dyed because now it looks awful but they ghosted us and never returned our calls. The other thing is their workers are supposed to take 'before' photos in case of any complaints and the guy who came first ended up quitting and not giving them any photos! That is their problem, not mine! they would have seen that some stains were not there before if they had followed protocol but they didn't. At this point, I would settle for a refund. Mind you, every time they came, we had to move our furniture out of the way and wait several hours before we could enter the house so it was a lot of work for us and terribly inconvenient - FOUR TIMES! So we paid $350, and were terribly inconvenienced and ended up with a carpet that looks way worse than before they came and is essentially ruined.
