This company charged excessive amounts of charges that exceed the amount they were asked to help collect. I asked them to work with me, and reduce the fee, but all they are out to do is rip people off. I don't know how they are able to charge excessive amounts in charges/fees especially exceeded the collection amount. That should be against the law. They are very rude, are not helpful, and are difficult to deal with. It was difficult for me to gather all the money they were charging, and are STILL trying to collect money from me when I paid the balance. I would like help resolving this, as I am not going to let them keep trying to take money from me.
