    A company that has lost my trust. I am sure that Cyberlink will reply to this comment but oddly enough they do reply to customers. I had an active 365 subscription.. I sat down very recently to do an update but the powerdirector would nit open. Instead I got a pop-up saying you do not have an active subscription the ironic part is that CyberLink had just taken $29.99 out of my account. So I emailed then called Cyberlink. The so so called *********** based great support team acted like they cared and apologized and said they would escalate the ticket. To date now approaching the 15th of March I have called numerous times with no resolve just same bs answer. No email follow up to help me. I then deleted my Cyberlink account being so frustrated and they took another $29.99 after I deleted my account with deleted credit card info. To date I have had no one contact me with an apology or a way to get back or restore my account try and move forward with Cyberlink. I had to my bank in order to get my $60.00 back even. powerdirector is a very good program but Cyberlink with put you through h*** and I don't feel it's worth the stress. CYBERLINK puts you back to thier billing company with very little to no assistance. If it where my only editing program I would be out of business but fortunately I am a professional and use magix video pro x and davinci resolve 18 for work. I thought as a Hollywood professional producer director and TV host people needed to be informed about my situation and to know to have a backup editing program cause if you don't you will out of business quick. To end I am sure Cyberlink will put a message below this to say how much they helped how great they where bla bla bla. Cyberlink has lost my trust. It is another great product backed by a marketing company that dies not care about you or me. Use extreme caution when signing up for a subscription with Cyberlink. I suggest to buy and download the lifetime license and move on.

    Buyer beware! Buggy software with limited download time after purchase. If you miss the download window you must purchase "extended download time" at extra cost. Same thing if you have to reinstall outside the window. Essentially works like ransomware.
