In early June I met with ****** and ******* to discuss getting two providers in my mental health office credentailed with Medicare. They assured me that they would be able to help as the Medicare process for becoming a part B provider in Florida is challenging. I paid ********* for two providers to be credentialed. ******* sent me the information that she needs to get the providers credentialed. I sent her all of this information within 1 week and have not heard a word since, despite reaching out via phone and email several times. I even went to the PrognoCis site and filed a form to speak to someone. I have heard nothing and there are no new applications on my tax ID in my PECOS account for applying to Medicare.

Consumer Response /* (2000, 14, 2022/09/07) */ The company finally reached out to me after this complain was filed and they completed the services to be rendered per our contract. They have since resolved the issue.

I signed up for Prognocis on ******* and per the contract I would have a full service EHR, an app that could be downloaded for clients to access, the billing clearinghouse would be included, and an assigned implementation specialist to facilitate a smooth transition from one medical EHR to another. I paid the company $****.00 to cover the branded app, training, and setting up of the software. After several months of trying to get Prognocis on board we finally established a "go live date" of July 1st. They were well aware of our timeline and I have all the email correspondence as proof. They stopped responding before our "go live date" and we missed our deadline. Their response time lacks and they did not provide us a designated person when issues arose. I sent several requests for changes and they were never addressed, such as incorrect spelling of names for providers or being unable to access the system entirely. There were multiple login issues for the staff. I inquired about training videos being sent to all the staff so they could use them as a reference. They were never provided for everyone as requested. The videos were sent to one designated email and when forwarded no one else can view them due to their privacy settings. We worked with Prognocis for several months and between the software glitches or buttons being grayed out for one user, but not the next was frustrating. Initially I was told the clearinghouse was included per the contract and it wasn't. Email confirmations were an additional fee, that is absurd. The EHR promised is not the level of service or technical assistance that we have received from other EHR's. Prognocis may offer "more features", but follow through from their implementation team is the worst I have every experienced. I requested a full refund, waited over a week for a response and was told today they would refund for the branding app only. I would like a full refund because we were unable to use their system at no fault of our own.

    Business Response

Business Response /* (1000, 5, 2022/07/21) */ The Professional Services team at Bizmatics, Inc. is committed to providing an outstanding level of service to our clients as they implement the PrognoCIS platform. Establishing confidence in the platform, its standard functionality, and its application within the clinical workflow is an important part of this process. In this instance, we were not able to achieve these goals. As is outlined in our terms and conditions, fees associated with Professional Services are considered non-refundable, which reflects the response to the initial refund request. We will re-evaluate that based on the concerns raised in the complaint. Consumer Response /* (2000, 7, 2022/07/27) */ (The consumer indicated he/she ACCEPTED the response from the business.) They have agreed to process the full refund of $****.00. Consumer Response /* (3000, 13, 2022/08/30) */ I just wanted to update that Prognocis has not given me a full refund to date. Last correspondence was on August 24th @ 1003am and no one has contacted me back as of yet. They processed a payment in the amount of $1200 so far. I guess I will have to contact my credit card company directly as they are not following through on their end.
