    This is a customer complaint, not a rave review. I have been waiting for my rebate since April, when I purchased Total Defense to help protect viruses for my computer. I purchased this product on 3/28 and immediately started the process to receive my rebate. To date, these are their answers when I call to ask about the rebate. It's been "we lost your documents", then I resent them, next is "the check is in the mail", next is "we escalated it to the rebate department" As of today, 7/1, no check. No matter who I speak to, same response, it's been escalated. My company would have heads rolling if it's been escalated this long and still not response. Now I will escalate my complaint.
