    My personal data are on this website (phone number, email addresses), I have never completed a form to be featured on this website. This is a violation of GDPR. Everybody has access to my phone number or emails. I am not the only ones complaining about this. I have reached out to the business many times (via email), no answer, on their website, the form to contact them to remove your data does not even work.

    This business has published my personal cell phone and email address and connected them with my professional resume without my consent. I have repeatedly requested that they remove this information, per the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA). Last week, I received a short message via Whatsapp indicating "This was removed." However, the page with my information was not removed. They have not responded to any other requests.

    Like other people have rightfully complained, this company scraped my data off of LinkedIn and uploaded it all to their website without permission. I have the right to have my data and personal information permanently deleted from the Aeroleads website, under the ************ Protection Regulation (GDPR) and California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA). I will not let this go until this company responds and permanently deletes my data.

    4/15/2024 date of transaction, I paid $747. AeroLeads was going to provide me with a database of accurate personal contact information on civilians and employees in different industry's. There website states they do business with *******, *********, Grubhub, *******, ****, *****, ***. This is a lie and there posting false information. They have never done business with these companies. AeroLeads did not provide me with the product and services they promised me. I have called and email multiple times and no one responses to provide me a refund. The business address they provide on there website is in ********, ** and that business does not exists. I ******* the address and its another company. I called and they have never heard of AeroLeads. They states they have never had a office at this address.     After repeated attempts to contact Aeroleads (************************) that have fallen upon deaf ears, I am seeking remedy from the BBB. I am writing to request that Aeroleads delete my personal data from all of their paper and/or computer records pursuant to Section ******* 2c of the Florida Digital Bill of Rights (FDBR). To the extent that Aeroleads relies on consent to process my personal data, I have withdrawn that consent in writing and digitally on more than one occasion, if Aeroleads relies on legitimate interest to process my personal data, I object to the processing as there are no overriding legitimate grounds. Aeroleads is selling my personal data, name, image, and likeness to third parties for profit without my consent. Aeroleads must consider my appeal to the BBB for mediation in this correspondence as my direction that Aeroleads cease and desist selling my personal data to third ********** Personal Information is Found:*************************************************************** If Aeroleads is unwilling to comply with my request to delete all of my personal data, please advise as to the specific reason for which this request cannot completed in writing, indicate which sections of the law Aeroleads are relying upon, along with legal rationale for the decision. Please comply with Florida state law and do not ask me to provide any further identifying information, as this places an undue burden on my side. If Aeroleads is legally obligated to require additional identifying information in order to verify my identity, please let me know ASAP. Confirm that Aeroleads has deleted my personal data from your paper and/or computer records and that Aeroleads has followed up with any third-party organization with whom my information has been shared to ensure that they deleted their copy of the data.

    AeroLeads seems to be an online resume board that is hosting my past job experience without my permission. I did not provide this information to AeroLead, and some pieces of the information being hosted by the company is similar to my true experience, but several pieces are inaccurate and it may be negatively affecting my job search as inconsistent data on my past experience is being presented. I've reached out multiple times over the past week to ask AeroLeads to remove my data. I've called them via their contact number on the their website - and the phone disconnects immediately. I've tried reaching out via chat on their website - to no response. I've emailed 2 times, sent in 2 customer contact requests - and have also still not received any response. I would like my data removed from this website. Thus far the company has refused to respond, and has been inadequate in providing a communication channel where they actually ********** data privacy is being violated and the company is refusing to acknowledge this, respond, and delete my data.The URL in question is as follows: *********************************************************

    BBB Support: I have been a victim of fraud due to all the personal information's AeroLeads is posting about me on there website, without my consistent. I emailed and called them to remove my personal information and have not received a response. AeroLeads does not have OPT-OUT link or a privacy email to remove information from the website and from ALL search engines ******, Bing etc Please have AeroLeads remove my personal data from website: ************************************************** I purchased a subscription to remove my information from the website and internet. I cancelled right away when I realized this company scamming and blackmailing people by posting personal date online and forcing them to purchase subscription to remove the data from the websites and ALL search engines ****** and bing etc, based on the bad reviews positing online about AeroLeads. AeroLeads having been charging several transaction over a year. This is a fraudulent transactions. I have called the business and no answers. I emailed them and they do not responded. Please help resolve this issue asap.Also, Please add a BBB company profile on BBB website for AeroLeads. So other people can post there complaints about the company.
