    They have an event on Saturday the 23rd, they hired temp bartenders cause their own didn't work as they don't like this particular gig, that what the manager said, it was a Mexican Banda dance they do every year. never warned us through Instawork ( the app I work for) post the kind of event was, I didn't feel safe as people waited 2 hrs in line to get 2 drinks, they need it at least 15 more bartender that didn't hire, we were yelling at most of the shift, by guest as well as from the customers, told the manager I didnt feel safe arround 8pm I sent a message to work they never answered till 2 days later. who he just said he understand, they wave wrist bands to those that were over 21, I ID everyone, regardless, and learn that many of this people didn't have an ID, also they were sold tickets for alcoholic drinks, the place was extremely disorganized, sent a message to the app I work for INstawork explaining everything that happened on this night I haven't heard of any outcome as I demanded why is it that they don't explain that on the app. They new this event is the same every year still didn't comuncate that till we were there. they told us that the last call was 11:45pm they had us serving all way to 12:15pm.... this was a bad event for the guests as well as the bartenders. That treated us poorly and run the event poorly, especially I didn't feel safe. The working environment was not professional. You guys need to check these people closely......
