    After I registered and my dental insurance was confirm that it was active, and that your office accepted my insurance policy, I made appointment with your office on September 24, ******* I was a new patient, I called on September 23, 2024 to confirm the address of your location.When I called on September 23, 2024 there was no answer, I called twice and twice I left a message. I did not receive a call back on September 23, 2023.I called Tuesday morning September 24, 2024, the day of my appointment at 5:00 pm. I called to confirm the location of your office.I was told my appointment was cancelled.I was told your office tried to contact me on Saturday to confirm my ************** I was not able to be contacted, your office said they cancelled my appointment.I did not appreciate how I was treated.I have several questions I would like to have answered and explained to me.If your office tried to contact me on Saturday September 21, 2024 to confirm my appointment, I did not receive a phone call from your office, as I did not not receive a phone call from your office, Who did your office call or try to contact?Was my personal dental information given to a third party?Was I scheduled an appointment, then informed my appointment was cancelled, my appointment given to somebody else using my insurance?Your office policy is that if I miss an appointment without cancelling, I am responsible for the charges of the appointment, as I am responsible, why was my appointment cancelled?When calling your office, I ask to talk to a manager,your secretary refuse to let me talk to manger, why did your secretary refuse to let me talk to a secretary?I had scheduled an appointment on September *******,as you office tried to call me and confirm.Can I please get a response from your office as to why I was treated in a disrespectful way?Cell Number: ************ Thank you, ***** ***** I was told by Hong that they tried to me.Feel insurance will be applied to others

     2. There were no charges

     3. Your insurance was not used as you never came to dental clinic

     You had an appointment on 9/24, however we had to cancel it as doctor was not there at that time

     We have been serving community for over 2 decades in ************ and this is the first time we had a BBB complaint. We hope this answers all your questions
