    I sent my credit card and they received it and same day they received it they sent out the new one. And I received my card and it works and looks good!

    This company does not properly safeguard customer information. I recently purchased a custom credit card and was prompted by the company that I would receive an email with postage to use in sending my current card to them. That did not happen. I contacted the company again and they finally sent me the postage. I then mailed my original debit card to the company to have the chip placed into a metal card. **** confirmed that my original debit card was delivered to the correct address. One month goes by and I dont hear anything. I contacted the company and was told they had no idea where my original debit card was. The company representative stated that my original card was delivered to their office on a Saturday and that no one from the company is there on Saturday so they have no idea where my card is. This is unacceptable for any business, especially one that handles your debit and credit card information.

    Great company with great customer service it was easy as 123 working with them I will continue to work with them although I'm broke but this card makes the opposite statement. The customer service is outstanding and even I had a few opportunities to speak with the main man and he was exceptionally caring and concerning for my needs

    Returned customer and as usual, those guys deliver great service, great product and professionalism. With banks issuing cards for 5 to 7 years, the usual plastic cards shouldnt even be an option. Thanks god for Lions
