    Cloudwerx acknowledged a security breach on my ****** Cloud-hosted sites, as evidenced in ****************** email (5/19/2023), where he stated, "GCP has confirmed malware on your Guest OS instance." This breach led to a $5,000 loss due to an emergency transfer of three websites to a new host. This is documented in emails: 'SIMScript Next *************** Hours,' where the breach was admitted, and 'Your project simscript-totellastory has been shut down,' confirming my drastic action in response to their failure.Despite repeatedly expressed wishes to terminate our relationship due to this breach and its consequences, Cloudwerx disregarded my requests. They continued to pursue me for payments, as shown in 'Invoice - Reminder: Your payment to CloudWerx, **** is due,' and 'Unpaid ****** Invoices - SIM_Script,' where their accounting department detailed alleged dues even after the relationship's dissolution was demanded.Their continued harassment with due invoices, such as the one detailed in 'Invoice_4586_from_CloudWerx_Inc,' exemplifies their refusal to acknowledge the situation's severity and my desire for severance. My final plea for resolution and termination was clearly outlined in 'Unpaid ****** Invoices - SIM_Script - response,' yet it went unheeded.I seek the BBB's assistance in addressing this grievance, as Cloudwerx's actions have shown a disregard for the detrimental impact on my business and have added insult to injury by ignoring my requests and instead exacerbating the situation with undue payment demands.Attachments:-1 *********************** admits the breach -2 The confirmation that I have shut down my Cloud account after I had to transfer all my websites -3 Answer from accounting summing up what they think I am due -4 My detailed response and last email in which I asked urgently to end the relationship -5 The last email in which they harass me with past due bills,-6 The attached invoice to the above mentioned email
