    I needed to get an x-ray which my doctor requested and wanted me to go to **********. they wanted to charge me $10 for my flash drive with my x-ray picture in it which I asked her why do I have to pay I didnt have to pay we didnt do that last time I was there she caught the bad attitude and told me to go somewhere else if I dont wanna pay which I pull my wallet out and pull out the money she kept telling me to go somewhere else she was being really rude to me then the x-ray technician came out started telling me the same thing goes somewhere else I dont like it and I told him I was going to pay he kept on repeating himself. I told him I dont want to hear him anymore and he told me to get the * out and go somewhere else I was so ****** off how was treated? I had full coverage insurance to cover whatever expense but they wanted cash or a debit card. Theyre scamming people right now I think but I was treated rudely and he wanted money which I didnt have to do that last time something needs to be done about that place.

    I went to take an X-ray on 11/30/2023 and told them that my car insurance could cover the x-ray expense. They informed me that I could pay first and they could offer all the needed information to let me do reimbursement. But after I paid them first, they refused to offer Tax ID to my car insurance (Geico), and we called them many times, they still refused to offer tax ID. This is a normal procedure to provide the insurance company with tax ID for reimbursement and all my other doctors( including my chiropractor) can offer tax ID to Geico, please help me get a tax ID from them.
