    I contracted Logo Aspire to help me create a graphic presentation to be used on my Kal *************** page.On or about 02/21/2021 I paid Logo Aspire $399.00. They proceeded to provided cut & paste articles and images they copied from other websites, and used that information to devised a marketing plan that didn't accurately represent my company. After 6 months of back and forth communications with Logo Aspire I wound up making the images myself and writing the text that went along with those images. I didn't receive the product or services I contracted to receive and asked for my money back. Logo Aspire refused and I asked my bank to stop payment. After investigation into the transaction, my bank found in my favor and my $399.00 was returned to me.It has now been about 2 years from that time, and when I went to my 'Kal Gaming- Pyramid ***** ******** page/account I was unable to access administrative control because Logo Aspire had changed my login and password credentials. On 06/15/2023 I contacted Logo Aspire (****** ***** office) and asked for the login and password credentials to my ******** page and spoke with a person who called himself '********' (but that is not his real name) and he said he would call me back in 20 minutes. He never called me back and today 06/21/2023 when I called and spoke with '********' and asked for the credentials to my ******** page he said normally they charge $550.00 for 'that service'. I said I wasn't going to pay $550.00, and that I wanted the administrative credentials, the login and password to my 'Kal Gaming- Pyramid ***** ******** account. '****' said he would call me back in 10 minutes after he talked to his 'accounting team'. He called me back and said Logo Aspire would lower their price to $400.00.Again I said no. So '****' said he would talk to his 'management team' and get back to me in another 10 minutes. He called me back and said the least Logo Aspire would accept to return my credentials to me would be $200.00.

    I paid about $2000 (two thousand dollars) for a website. Over a year now, I do not have a website. I asked them to refund me for the reason they failed to deliver, but they are ignoring me. In their website they say they will fully refund if not satisfied. It looks like they are lying. I found other similar reviews to mine. This company really does look like a scam.

    The last 6 months I have had my website premiergolfcenter.com hosted by logo aspire. I went with this company because it was cheap and they promised to do unlimited edits for a very cheap price. Since then my website has gone down 6-7 times with no alert from them. I had to find out from my own customers. Additionally I cannot get a hold of anyone at the company.There were 3 instances where I complained to my "Account manager" about the website being down and he said they had to install a plugin that costed $300. This happened again 6 months later and he said that I had to get a plugin that costed $4000. When I threatened to cancel, he said he would take care of it and I wouldn't have to pay. I have since tried to cancel my account with them, get full refund and have my domain released and none of those things have happened. I call support, I chat in, I email, I call my AE and I get almost no response from anyone. It is definitely a scam what they are doing. If you look at their ****** review there are other people who have said the same thing.
