    - date : 2/1/2024 - paid : $550.00 (including shipping)- Business was supposed to provide the correct lighted frame (black in color). I sent pictures and ******, the owner, said he had it. When I received the frame, it was clear it was not the same frame I wanted to replace, hence he lied to me. I called and complained and clearly stated that I wanted a refund when I sent it back. I sent it back on March 5th, 2024, which he received (proof is in documents). However, when he finally got back to me, he said I didn't send the power cord back with it, which is why he will not refund me. So I sent pictures of the cord and got no response. - I have called more than a dozen times, and texted his cellphone as well, yet no answer. So he has the frame I purchased and refuses to answer or give me a refund.I am happy to return the cord, but we don't know which cord to send back.
