    New automatic gate motors installed march 2023. One motor started leaking hydraulic oil and called contractor to repair. First he told me it was normal, and I said no its not. He removed leaking motor and told me he sent to manufacture for repair or replacement. 6 weeks have gone by with no updates. I have call multiple times with no time frame of repair. Ive sent text and emails with no response. Now when I call there is no answer to 7 numbers called. They seemed to of implemented a call block. I just want to get my gate operational again.

    Hello

    We received this letter only today the first time - October 2nd 2023

    We are confused why do we get the complaint?

    We provided the service to the customer and sent the part with the problem to the manufacturer

    We waited for the manufacturer to send ************* arm - it's under manufacturer's warranty

    Unfortunately we can not control how ling it takes to the manufacturer to check and send new part

    We received it and  replaced it August 22nd 2023

    Everything works great and the customer did not mention any issues after that.
