    I went to this location to have some ***************, based on the store website. This was printing of simple text onto card stock. There is no necessary design, simple text of 3 words onto card stock that I can then cut for personal use. Man who claimed to be the owner stated that unless I provide him a file to print from that he is not going to do graphic design, or provide graphics for me. I didnt ask for designs or graphics simple printing onto card stock. He began raising his voice when I asked how to file a complaint. He stated he is the only one to complain to. I clarified that I was requesting the same item listed on the website. I clarified I only wanted to print on card stock. He stated his store does not provide this service. This is against what the store website promotesWont be back and will vocally share this experience with anyone I know.
