We purchased a Mac Wheel scooter and it already is broken, it worked for about 4 months. I have been trying to contact the company to use the warranty and to get this resolved and they will not respond to my emails. Now I tried to contact them again and the email is not a working email!! My son saved up his own money and bought this scooter. It stopped working after about 9 months which should be covered under their warranty policy however there is no way to call the company and they have not responded to any of my attempts to contact them via email 11/10/22, through their website sept 2022 and via ******** messenger 11/10/22. This product advertises a warranty yet the company is completely unresponsive. This is deceitful and false advertising. The lights come on and it appears to be charging but it will not accelerate. Please help - my son is heartbroken that his hard earned money is all gone for a toy that doesn't work.Initial Complaint

We ordered an electric scooter 2 months ago and it has already quit working. They have no actual way for me to contact them to use the warranty. Their site claims many things that are not true. We purchased a Macwheel ************* Scooter (E9 Pro Pink). for our granddaughter through the newegg marketplace. We gave it to her over the weekend before Christmas as we celebrated Christmas with her family. The scooter seems to be charging but when you unplug the charger it will not turn on and is dead. I first contacted Macwheel support through email on December 21st. On December 23rd they contacted me requesting a video showing the issue which I emailed on December 30th. Macwheel was going to have their technician review the video and if the scooter was defective, they would send a replacement. Since I sent the proof of the defective product on December 30th, I have not heard back from Macwheel. I have sent the follow-up emails on January 5th, 11th and 14th. I would be happy to send the BBB a copy of the video and each email if that will help. Thank you.Initial Complaint

On nov 11, 2020 I purchase a Macwheel MX1 electric scooter order # ***-9544495-3737818 from amazon. I also purchase an extended warranty. I paid ******. This product comes with a 1 year manufacture warranty which states " within 24 months we will provide timely and effective online after sales service after your purchase. I had a part break and the electronic works sporadically. I have tried 3 times to contact them via email with no responds. I would have to wait until nov 11, 2021 to try and get something done through my extended warranty. This company will not respond to any emails.Initial Complaint

I ordered an electric scooter for my son's Christmas present. It arrived and looked okay, but did not include a charger. We were able to get it charged, but it only turns on when it is plugged in. From the other reviews on the website and this company's ******** page, others have had the same issues. I have emailed customer support several times, used their website's chat feature to connect with someone and sent a message via ********. No response has been received. I received my order number **** via ***** tracking number ************ for a new Macwheel E-Bike purchased directly from imacwheel.com. There was obvious damage to the box with dents and openings in the ************* was left at my front door with no signature required. As I attempted to take it out of the box toassemble small pieces dropped out of the box that I do not know they go. The brakes are off kilter and seem bent, preventing the wheels from spinning. This was obviously the shippers issue mishandling and damaging the Bike. I cannot go any further with the attempted assembly of this one as I have no Skill Set nor the time to figure out how to fix the damages.Initial Complaint

I purchased an electric scooter from them via the ******* website on 9/3/21, and it arrived 9/15/21. After only a few uses, the charging port cover tore off and the charging port came unattached. This rendered the scooter largely useless. I did not subject the scooter to any irregular use, it was simply a poor design that should be covered by the product warranty (*****************************************************).I contacted first the seller of the scooter to resolve, but they did not respond to any emails (email chains can be provided). This contact was initiated 10/8/21. I next contacted the manufacturer to activate the product warranty, with contact initiated 11/7/21. After giving them information about the claim, they informed me that their warranty only covers the product when it is sold through Amazon. Nowhere in the warranty is this condition stated that I can find. As such, they refused to cover my purchase through their warranty. I finally made a claim through my credit card. They took several months to process it, and only just informed me that they cannot validate the claim because I haven't returned the item. I have been unable to return the item because the seller is unresponsive, but would be happy to do so for a full refund, as long as they also pay the return shipping. In short, I've tried resolving this first with the seller, then the manufacturer, and then my credit card, and no one is owning up to the issue. My main concern is with the manufacturer, since the defect is clearly covered in their warranty, but they have refused to hold to their stated warranty. Ordered a scooter from them and it arrived in June with a handle that would not s**** on properly and in essence would not allow the scooter to function properly. Sent numerous messages to them through their only source of contact by way of ********* Finally got a hold of someone that told me they would send me a replacement handle in the mail from *****! Said it would take a month and it has now been 3 months and no handle and no response. Company is a waste of my time and others with no care whatsoever of anyone which is evident by others receiving same treatment though ********* Should really be looked into for bad business practices and consumer neglect Product_Or_Service: Scooter
