    The said company Design Experts did not fulfill their job for a business website. I paid for. There were numerous mistakes and errors throughout the process and they never completed the website properly there are still missing information on my website and worst have not been live for 3 months. A simple website job to complete took them 4 months to get incorrect. I was predatorily charged thousands for a free template website, they misrepresented as a coded website which was just a generic website and plugins from Wordpress, not what the company deemed as web development package. I have lost thousands of dollars because my website is not live and up and running. The customer service terrible, ***** the manger was very rude and took a three week vacation and did not once let me know about the site update nor complete any task. I have contacted them daily with no success to fix their numerous mistakes regarding the website to be meet by extreme push-back and unprofessionalism. Today, my website is not live and still incomplete,. I need my refund this is not what I paid for.

    This company was contracted to design a website for my new business. They were also hired to design a new logo for my new business. In the beginning of the negotiation process communication was very prompt and informative. The initial contact was by a person named **** **** (contact info listed below). Name: **** **** Email: ************************* Contact number:*************** Physical Address: **** *** ******* ****** ***** *** ***** *** ***** *** ***** *** ***** The cost for website & logo design was ****** This was paid via credit card on July 14th. The project was to take no more than one month. This was also paid for via credit card. A project manager named ***** ***** was assigned to my project. On July 27th ***** provided a prototype of a website layout and new logo design. Both were approved. At this point the company insisted that I buy a Dedicated Hosting Server Plan for ****** This was also paid via credit card on July 27th. After a few days I continued to ask where my files were for the approved logo and what progress has been made on the website. I was informed that the logo files would be sent, and he re-sent the exact same shell of a website that was already approved two weeks earlier. Another two days went by and I again inquired on my logo files (which I was told have been completed two weeks prior) and the progress of the website. Again, I got the promise that the logo files would be sent, and he sent the exact same website link ( the **************** was sent, with nothin new. Shortly after that I was informed that ***** ***** had some family issues to attend to, and I was passed ** to **** ***** Responses were all the same, same unchanged website link, same set of promises and nothing acted upon to move forward. At this point it started to feel *********** and based on info found on internet I now believe it is. No one was responding to my communications. Finance person agreed to pay refund but still has not. I want a complete refund.

    I paid for a ******* ****** and have not even seen any work. I believe I am being ******** I have requested a ****** and they will not refund even when it's says **** money back guarantee on website. They are very **** its been over ** *****
