    Azuga is a scam! Please see the email attached as my husband and I have been having an ongoing battle since January 2024!Good afternoon, My husband and I have been attempting to contact Azuga since January ******** people have stolen $1,032.92 from our business account this year alone. According to your documentation; Azuga made an agreement with ****************** for one year beginning in January 2023 to December of 2023.We paid for those cameras but never installed them or used them. "The terms of this agreement were pre negotiated with ********. This is a one-year contract. If you wish to continue with the services after the first year there are no upfront hardware costs at renewal, only the monthly monitoring costs." In January 2024 Azuga took the cost of those cameras out of our account AGAIN! But new or updated cameras were never sent. We have spoken to several customer support representatives trying to cancel from Jan to now, as well as receive a refund and upon our latest call Azuga is stating that they have no record of these calls!! This is absolutely OUTRAGEOUS!These are the transactions from 2024 ALONE! After requesting to cancel and requesting reimbursement of the $442.68.These are the transactions taken from our account in 2023!Then we are being told to return the cameras we purchased or we would be charged more!At this point this matter will be escalated to seeking legal action as well as reporting Azuga to every business agency for theft as well as horrible customer service. Management needs to reach out to us IMMEDIATELY AND WE WANT THE FUNDS RETURNED TO OUR ACCOUNT!
