    I am writing to lodge a complaint against Boho Loko Studios for a highly disappointing experience with their service.From the beginning, communication was challenging, with the owner, ***, being unresponsive and requiring multiple prompts to send designs and answer questions. On the day of our event, the Boho Loko Studios team set up the decorations and left before our party arrived. We found the backdrop had fallen over due to insufficient reinforcements. Tablecloths and centerpieces were also displaced.We requested Boho Loko Studios return to fix the setup, but they refused, citing other commitments and instead sent us "tips" on how to fix it ourselves. Their response was unprofessional and inadequate.When they returned to clean up, we raised the issue and asked for reimbursement. They refused, claiming they couldn't control the wind and mentioning the time spent setting up. Despite providing event details months in advance, they repeatedly asked for information I had already given, demonstrating a lack of organization.Given the premium price we paid, we expected better service. I am requesting a partial reimbursement due to the unprofessionalism and inadequate service provided. I strongly advise against using their services based on this experience.Thank you for your attention to this matter. I look forward to your prompt response.
