- Additional Info:According to BBB files, this company accepts monthly payments that are to be used for the consumer's own funeral once deceased. The funds are to be paid to the consumer's named beneficiary. The BBB has received complaints from consumers stating that their requests for the promised funds are ignored. In one case, the consumer states that the company has been cashing their monthly payments though the company is supposedly out of business. The BBB has not received returned mail or any response to requests for additional file information. Additionally, the City of San Jose's website shows that the company's business license elapsed on February 15, 2011 and has not been renewed. If you are having trouble reaching the company or receiving the promised funds, please contact the Santa Clara County District Attorney's Office of Consumer Protection at 408.792.2880. We contacted the company in November 2011 and asked them to address our concerns regarding the type of complaints we received, but unfortunately we did not receive a response.
