    When my brother passed away they provide his services for our family. The death certificate was included in the price. I have not received a death certificate nor I have not received any information on what happened to the death certificate and why is it's taking so long to receive. ****** the manager refuses to give me any information regarding my brothers death certificate. I contacted the health department in San Benito County and they had mentioned no one has ordered or reached out for death certificate on lima's behalf. Since the death certificate is already been paid for I should be able to receive it from Lima Erickson funeral home. Lima Erickson funeral home never returns my calls . No one has email me on the Status or if they received the death certificate so I can pick it up. My brother died in 2021 so far it's been about 5 months that I've been asking "what happened to death certificate "

    My mother passed in February 2022 . Not only did the funeral home make and promote a Obituary on their website without authorization or approval. They have also been not returning phone calls and very unprofessional. On multiple occasions I've reached out and left messages without getting a response. What has put me over the edge is they are giving me the run around when it comes to sending filing or processing legal documents. They are causing me more stress and grief
