    On Monday, September 23rd, 2024, GreenWaste picked up my recycling and yard waste, but not my trash. This is the second time in the last two months they have not picked up our trash. There is a public street in front of our house where any can (and does) park. Our street is consistently completely full every night. They are saying they need at least 3 feet away from any bumper, but without putting up cones on my street that is not physically possible. When I kindly and calmly explained this to the customer service **** she said "That is not our problem or responsibility, call the city".Their customer service *** (call was ******* on Wednesday, September 25th and lasted 7 minutes), was extremely unhelpful, and even admitted lying to me over the phone! She said the manager was out to lunch (which was understandable calling a little after noon) and asked if I wanted to be sent to her voicemail. I said I did, but that first I would like the manager's phone number. She said the manager did not have a direct line. I asked her how she was able to get voicemails, and eventually got her to admit that her manager did in fact have a direct line, she just would not give me her number. Who does that?greenWASTE is an apropos name for this company. They took our money, had no response or ideas or help to remedy us paying for no service, lied to me on the phone, admitted they lied to me on the phone, and told me to call the city to remedy their service. I get the safety and liability aspect of it, but help us so we know what to do to get our bins picked up! They are clearly not in the customer service business.

    Greenwaste took over from **************** several years ago - they would have the date in their files. We have been here, at this address, since 1978, and yet Greenwaste STILL makes mistakes with our pick-**** The problem is usually NOT servicing one or more of our garbage bins. We do not put out all bins every week; some times we don't put out any bin on collection day. Greenwaste has had years to learn this. Furthermore, the driver can CLEARLY see the wretched regulation bins, provided by their company in their designated colours in the designated spaces. Last year (or maybe the year before, not sure) I found it necessary to call Greenwaste EVERY TIME we put out our garbage, in order to remind them to service the garden/leaf/compost bin and/or the recycling bin.Today (April 12, 2024), I called around 11:15 a.m., because the recycling bin had not yet been serviced. The customer service representative informed me that the driver had left for the day and we would have to wait until Monday, April 15, 2024 I HAVE LOST COUNT HOW MANY TIMES WE'VE HEARD THIS! I asked if the garden/leaf/compost pick-up would still happen, I was assured it would. That is normally the third and final pick-up of the day. I will wait with baited breadth until 1:00 p.m. to see that it happens.N.B. There is no place (that I have found) on the Greenwaste website where customers may file a complaint about their service experience.

I called H343037303032**39**33H to find out that there is no credit documentation on account.This was for my H34323733303932**3231H not being picked up on August 1, 2023 for a week in addition three times not being picked up but returned either later that day or next day.I left a message with Associate'Supervisor, *****, without a returned call back yesterday.I'm cc my County Supervisor on this email.Remember this includes my neighbors on my side that did not get picked up for a week on August 1, 2023. Space #**, 39, 42, 43, *************************************************************************************** adjusting my bill and my neighbors as I informed them verbally.************************* ********************************************************************************** ************** I have not received a response back from Mr. ************************* as of today regarding my credit adjustment to my billing. I have sent email on May 17, 2023 regarding my mobile home park of our recycling not being picked up to **************************I have sent email on August 1, 2023 of our H343037303032**39**33H not being picked up today on my side of the mobile home Space #**, 39, 41, 42, 43, 44 I sent email on September 12, 2023 of my H343037303032**39**33H not being picked up.On October 13, 2023. I have called **************** and left a voice mail regarding owing credit for issues I been having and Mr. ************************* not following through on his end with Credit adjustment. I sent an email with no response back from them.I have sent email on October 1, 2023 that our H343037303032**39**33H was not picked up on our side. Space #**, 39, 41, 42, 43, 44.

    To whom it may concern,

    Originally the organics cart were set out in one general area throughout the Mobile Home Park, back in August the board of directors change the location of service from the general area to have every resident set out in front of their space. There was 2 occasions where ****************** organics were missed on Tuesday which is his regular day of service, we sent driver back the next day to service the cart that was missed. ************** was given a one month credit on his October bill which was more than reasonable for the 2 missed weeks of his Organics cart which is part of the 3 cart service Green ***** offers.

    I am rejecting this response because: It's obviously H3**037303032******33H did not follow through especially on August 1, 2023 on my side of neighbors did not get picked up till the following week.

    I informed him along with my neighbors #** #** #** #** #**. He was aware of this that it wasn't picked up. They also deserve credit as well. The County of Santa **** was informed as well.

    This is not satisfactory as long as other neighbors get their credits due. I am more then willing forward email communications..

    I got my credit adjusted after filing complaint with H33373536353**53136**H (H363137**32**31**31H). My initial bill was not credit in original bill for poor service especially with increase of trash bill.

    ******************** needs to follow through on his end that he initially failed to do so which is why I filed a complaint both with County and our local H363137**32**31**31H.
