    We remodeled our house with Sigura Construction and are extremely happy with the results. The work was very professional and in high quality. Throughout the process the Sigura team found creative solutions to issues found in the existing part of the house and accommodated late changes in our plans. We repeatedly relied on the team for recommendations on colors, fixtures, floorings, windows and many other things, and were not disappointed. They are truly a full service remodeling and construction company.The construction crew who worked on our house was very friendly. We were living in part of the house with small children at the time and felt very safe and comfortable around them. We didn't hear a single complaint from any of our neighbors throughout the process.We highly recommend Sigura Construction.

    We did a re-build project with Sigura Construction.We expanded, added 1000sqf, and completely renovated the house.New kitchen, showers, rooms basically everything.We are extremely happy!The owner is very reliable, professional and super nice to work with.He delivered the project on time with the highest quality.Always attending to our requests and needs.I cant stress enough how happy we are.I highly recommend Sigura Construction,And will work with them again in the future.

    I am not a customer of ********************., but a neighbor next door to one of their construction sites. This complaint is based on the workers often playing loud music, blocking our driveway and dropping rubbish over our fence (insulation, nails, drill bits). The biggest concern is the loud music which we have repeatedly asked for it to be turned down/off. We asked the workers themselves as well as ************ **********************, the business owner. Mr. ********************** said his workers should not be doing that and he will talk to them. He gave us his cell phone number to let him know if/when it's happening. It continued to happen, so we sent him a text along with videos. He apologized and said he would call them. I kept happening and he started to say it wasn't "his guys" and he can't control the subcontractors, but would call them to ask them to turn it down. It's still happening despite videos and pictures of "his guys" trucks. We get it, music makes work more pleasant, but the rest of the neighborhood should not have to listen to it. I told Mr. ********************** this and suggested the workers could wear earplugs in one ear for safety reasons. He said he agreed with everything. We have surrounding neighbors fighting cancer, shift workers sleeping during the day, small babies that take naps. I have tinnitus with accompanying headaches and noise exacerbates the condition. Mr. ********************** now tells us they are almost done with the work. I'm not sure how that's supposed to make us feel better. It's been almost 8 months of this! We called the police today after contacting Mr. ********************** again with a video of the loud music. Within an hour the music was turned down so I cancelled the request for the police. We really don't like to make complaints, but I warned him months ago that I was going to file complaints with the city and the BBB. Sigura Construction has been unreasonably disturbing the neighborhood and Mr. ********************** should have control over his job site regardless of who is working that day.
