    We hired Blue's Brothers to remodel our Kitchen. We are trying to get repairs completed under our contract warranty. We have called and emailed Blue's Brothers numerous times but have not received any response. Our warranty will expire soon, and we need help getting Blue's Brothers to respond. The kitchen remodel with was in excess of $80,000.

    On September 20, 2021 I had my first contact with Blues Brothers Construction (contractor) project manager, **** ****** After an onsite visit I decided to move forward with the contractor upon Ms. ******** advice to do a research report to determine the design requirements and economic feasibility of my garage carport idea adjacent to my home. On October 12, 2021 I signed a contract for a research report with a **** down payment. Another ****** was due upon finish measurements and another ****** was due upon completion of research for a total of ******* Total research report plus complete blueprints was ********
    On October 26, 2021 I received a report representing the findings regarding the feasibility of building one new carport 24' x 12' structure on my property. This report clearly stated that the proposed design could be built near the existing house and the clearance/set-back requirements would follow City of ********* current requirements.
    On November 16, 2021 I signed a payment summary for the complete set of blueprints. Upon finish measurements I paid ******* Now a total of ********
    On December 15, 2021 I agreed to move forward with the completed architectural plans for the addition of a car port connected to the existing garage to include site plan, existing plan, proposed plan, sections, elevations, building details and any other details that would be required by city officials.
    On March 31, 2022 I received a 3D representation of a 10' x 12' shed which in the city of ********* does not require blueprints or permit. This was not what we had agreed upon and I believe I was lied to and ripped off for ********

    I hired Blues Brothers Construction to remodel my kitchen. The job was completed on approximately 2/7/2022. Since completion I have discovered a few issues related to the workmanship of the job. One of the newly installed cabinets has a crack in the frame and the countertop by the sink has an area where a piece was added due to an error by the stone cutter. Unfortunately, the patched in piece of quartz does not match.

    Homeowner has been contacted, site visit scheduled on 8/12 to asses issue and 8/17 site visit scheduled to fix reported issues, currently working on this to provide a satisfactory solution.
