    Do not buy any machine from them. We were sold a $100K lemon & are almost out of business now from how many times the SplendorX had broken. Their tech is out every month and they charge us thousands for the fibers saying its our fault when its clearly a defective device. They make excuse after excuse, continue to collect quarterly warranty pmts when they dont honor the 48 hr response time. You can see how great their customer service is in their replies to the customers complaints. Its a lot of finger pointing and not taking any responsibility.

    I have had the geneo x for only a year and have had both hand pieces break. I was told I cannot return the machine even though I pay a monthly subscription! They want you to pay $30,000 for a machine then when warranty is up youre stuck buying expensive hand pieces.

    Dear *****,Your claim is simply not true. You have NOT paid 30K for the unit and you have NOT been abandoned. Instead, back in March 2023, you agreed to pay over a 37 month period and, more importantly you have protection for the System during the entire period of time. This is contrary to the false information you published in an attempt to embarrass us.We reached out to you to arrange for replacement of your handpiece; and you refused. We have never heard about a second broken handpiece?We are eager to work with you to help develop your practicebut you need to cooperate! It is YOUR business and all we can do is help.I would note that as of this writing, you are 4 months behind in payment. Not a good situation.Please get your payments current and get in touch so that we can find a positive solution.We cant do it alone.Best regards.*******

    I started having issues with a Nu Era decide that cost 96K. That was paid in full and we received our decide. Device started to have problems within the first month of use. Multiple calls and FaceTimes with a tech that asked me to do the work on the device myself. He had me take the entire motherboard off and open it up to find the issue. As the owner of a spa and a technician this took money from me by having to work on equipment that was both new and warrantied. They then sent a replacement that also didnt work. So they wanted to send a new device which I said I did not want because now my clients had lost confidence in the treatments and I couldnt sell these packages like I would need to in order to make money from the device. I was assured that I would get a 2 year warranty and if I still chose to sell it that not only would their sales team help me do that but they would honor the remaining warranty. Both of which they came back and said they would not do. I have been lied to by every person I have dealt with with this company. The absolute worst company I have ever dealt with in this industry and I would never own another device from them. I am a single woman owned business who started my business from nothingif you think they care then youre wrong. They have absolutely done nothing to help me in any way including even honoring what they told me they would do.
