    Reference# *****************Received a set of Philips X-tremeUltinon LED H11 headlight bulbs (model#:*********) in 2018 from my friend as gift and according to my friend these were purchased from local automotive supply store. The bulbs were used in my personal vehicle and stopped working July 2022. I reached out to philips for warranty claim in August and they refused my request since I do not have the original receipt (reached out to the friend who gifted me the headlight bulbs and he lost the paper receipt, as expected 4 years after the purchase) Warranty term on these are 5 years according to the packaging and philips webstire states that 'If you require service but you lost your proof-of-purchase or the retailer is unknown to Philips (e.g. a seller on an on-line auction channel), the warranty period shall be deemed to have started three months from the date of manufacture indicated on the product or derived from the serial number.'************************************************************************************ The date code on my headlamps are 18F273 which indicates these were manufacturied in 2018(purchased in 2018 too) so i'm still within the warraty period and it's not reasonale to deny my warranty request. I request that Philips replace the product under warranty for me
