    **** Vehicle that was purchased brand new never had any OIL/fluid leaks until we had no time to chance the oil for the first time in YEARS, well, we made to horrible decision to take advantage of a mailed coupon for an oil change at the SpeeDee Oil Change bussiness on Capitol Expy.After our vehicle visited the SpeeDee location we noticed two spots of fluid on our drive way, upon a quick inspection we did noticed that in fact our vehicle now had two fluid leaks; and to our surprise we noticed that the oil drain plug was sealed as if to make us think that the leaks had nothing to do with the oil change; again, WE'VE HAD THIS VEHICLE FOR OVER 21 YEARS and it only has around ******* miles.Now, to make things more suspicious that I would have imagined before contacting the business, they offered to fix the issue + some extra work for $1200.00 (very expensive coupon, I realized). I would like to ask the BBB to step in and have the business correct what they did in order to get rid of the oil leaks. I never imagined that that sort of gimmicks were still been used (which is very common in other areas) to defraud customers by creating an additional issue when a vehicle with NO issues visits their garage. Our vehicle never had a leak and it does not make sense that it now it has two oil leaks after visiting the Speedee Oil Change. Additionally, I found many reviews on-line, claiming they went through exactly the same or similar vehicle issues after visiting this business.Thank you,****
